Tomorrow, October 24 at 1pm ET, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will host a webinar on researching immigration and naturalization records. The webinar will focus on researching with Bureau of Naturalization Correspondence files (1906-1946). The files in this group of records, which now is available to researchers at the National Archives in Washington, DC, include correspondence and policy documents related to every aspect of naturalization policy during the first half of the twentieth century. The webinar will introduce the most useful finding aids, and suggest strategies for getting the most out your research time at the Archives, and show sample files.
